The terms and conditions apply between the individual end-user and PCSupport&AntiVirus. It is important that you read and understand the following terms and conditions before using PCSupport&AntiVirus’s Defend’s services and products. By using PCSupport&AntiVirus’s products and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety.

 

These terms and conditions of use apply to agreements between PCSupport&AntiVirus and one natural person (hereinafter “the user”) regarding the service. Only people who are 21 years of age or older and living in Europe, the United Kingdom, or Asia can enter into an agreement with PCSupport&AntiVirus regarding these services.

 

Taken together, these terms constitute the agreement in force between the user and PCSupport&AntiVirus Limited.
To access the service, the user must read and accept our terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) before payment can be made.

 

Scope of the service

 

The service gives the user access to PCSupport&AntiVirus’s services determined by order, receipt, and order confirmation.

 

Our products and services

When purchasing support packages from PCSupport&AntiVirus, PCSupport&AntiVirus can not guarantee to meet all the user’s requirements during a possible repair or help session via remote control, with PCSupport&AntiVirus’s technicians and experts. Physical damages and/or lack of licenses on the part of the user, PCSupport&AntiVirus can not be held responsible for.

Payment

 

PCSupport&AntiVirus receives online payments with, among others: VISA. VISA Debit. MasterCard. Discover. JCB. American Express. PCSupport&AntiVirus does not charge a card fee.

 

Payment will only be deducted from the user’s account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created and a license code is generated – unless otherwise agreed or stated in the user’s order. All amounts on the website include VAT.

 

PCSupport&AntiVirus uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means the user’s data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
PCSupport&AntiVirus’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol. PCSupport&AntiVirus does not store any payment information.

 

Right of withdrawal

 

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

 

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Any return costs are borne by the user and it is the user who is liable if damage occurs during the return transport. Requests for cancellation must be notified to PCSupport&AntiVirus no later than 14 after delivery and be received by PCSupport&AntiVirus no later than 14 days after PCSupport&AntiVirus has been informed of the user’s use of the right of withdrawal. Requests for the use of the right of withdrawal must be given by email support@PCSupport&AntiVirus.com or (+44) 65748424 . Certain agreements cannot be undone. PCSupport&AntiVirus will inform the user if the product or service does not have a right of withdrawal within PCSupport&AntiVirus’s business policy and legislation. For these services and products, PCSupport&AntiVirus has chosen that the user must give consent to these terms and conditions.

 

These agreements can not be undone:

 

Agreements for specific urgent repair or maintenance work for the user that the user has expressly requested.
Provide digital content such as video files, games, apps, and computer software that the user has either broken the seal himself or with the help of others with the user’s consent, including technicians from PCSupport&AntiVirus.
Refund of purchase amount

 

If the user regrets his purchase, the user can get his money back. However, this does not apply to all cases (read: ” No right of withdrawal” ). If the item is impaired, PCSupport&AntiVirus deducts the amount the user is liable for. PCSupport&AntiVirus will refund all payments received from the user within 14 days from the day on which PCSupport&AntiVirus has received the user’s notice that the user will regret the agreement.

 

PCSupport&AntiVirus returns the money with the same means of payment that the user used at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

 

Right of complaint

 

When the user trades with PCSupport&AntiVirus as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that the user has a right to make a complaint for 24 months.

 

If the user’s complaint is justified, it means that the user can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

 

The user must complain within a “reasonable time” after the user has discovered the error. If the user complains within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

 

If the complaint is justified, PCSupport&AntiVirus reimburses the user’s (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. The user must remember to get a receipt for shipping so that PCSupport&AntiVirus can reimburse the user’s shipping costs. Products, Software, Support & amp; Subscription Terms

 

Some products and software solutions can be purchased by subscription, with an automatic monthly draw. If this is the case and has been agreed, it will appear on their receipt and/or order confirmation per. email.

 

Payment
The user pays the amount with an optional payment card. If on subscription – an ongoing draw will take place every month, by appointment.

 

Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal on the delivery of digital content.
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal on service and support – if the user has not already received help from PCSupport&AntiVirus’s supporters and experts.

 

Binding Period
The user is bound by the agreement for 5 months + 1-month termination if a subscription agreement has been agreed.

 

Unsubscribe
There is a one-month notice period. Upon termination, the user must contact PCSupport&AntiVirus on (+44) 65748424 or at support@PCSupport&AntiVirus.com

 

If there is something wrong with the subscription. If the user is not satisfied with the subscription, the user can contact PCSupport&AntiVirus on (+44) 65748424.
The rules of the Purchase Act do not apply to subscriptions. Whether the user has a 2-year right of complaint according to the rules in the Purchase Act, therefore, depends on what is to be delivered in accordance with the subscription agreement.

 

Receipt
The user receives a receipt for his order after the purchase by email (order confirmation) and will receive a new receipt every month when the subscription is automatically renewed. If a subscription is available.

 

If the user needs to change payment cards on the subscription, for example when changing cards, the user must contact PCSupport&AntiVirus.

 

Drag on your card
You can revoke your permission for us to deduct an amount from your card at any time.
You can also object to “unauthorized charges” to your card provider, however, no later than 8 weeks after the charge, unless otherwise stated in your agreement with the card provider.
